Do both spouses need separate accounts?
If you file jointly, you can share an account or create separate logins. We can set this up based on your preference.

Is TaxDome secure?
Yes. TaxDome uses bank-level encryption and multiple layers of security.

Can I still email documents?
For security reasons, we strongly recommend using the portal instead of email.

Will prior year tax returns be uploaded?
We will gradually upload historical documents as we transition your records.

Do I need the mobile app?
No, it’s optional. You can use TaxDome from any computer or tablet.

Can I have both a business and a personal account in TaxDome? 

Yes. If you are a business owner, you can use one login to access both your personal and business TaxDome accounts. Switching between them is simple:

  1. Log in and click your name/profile icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Choose the account you want to open.
  3. Your dashboard will update instantly to the selected workspace.
